Hello @mertarslanbulut. Thanks for your interest in contributing to the Arduino Library Manager index. I see that the bot found a problem with the library that makes it ineligible for inclusion in the Arduino Library Manager registry.
I see that a community member already submitted a pull request to add the required library.properties metadata file to the library:
netlabtoolkit/VarSpeedServo#46
Unfortunately that clearly beneficial proposal has not been accepted by the library maintainer after 1.5 years. For that reason, and since there is a statement in the library's readme that it is no longer maintained, I suspect it will not be possible to bring the library into compliance with the Library Registry requirements any time soon so I'll go ahead and close this.
If the library is finally brought into compliance, you are welcome to submit another pull request.
If you only want to install the library so you can use it in your own project, you can simply install it manually. If you want help with that, just ask over on Arduino Forum and we'll provide instructions:
